Mixers overview

AVA mixers are used for homogenizing solids or solids and liquids. Depending on the task, up to 20 different individual components must be mixed together. The AVA agitator is consistently designed so that the entire product chamber is subject to the mixing process, thus enabling cavity-free homogenizing. Depending on the design of the mixing elements or the mixer speed, gentle to high turbulence agitation can take place. For solid mixtures or solid-liquid mixtures, the achieved mix qualities are in the range of ±1% with regard to the added component, depending on the product characteristics.
